1. For Greece

You can change or return your purchased item(s) within 14 days from the time of your purchase.

If you wish to change your purchased item(s), please contact us by phone or by e-mail at info@decibelfashion.gr and we will arrange its return to our store, as well as send you another product of your preference. Please note that the customer bears the shipping cost of the new item(s) in this case.

In order for us to accept returns, it is important that all the following conditions are met:

• The item(s) needs to be in excellent shape, in their original packaging. You also need to provide the receipt of your purchase. The package's content remains at your responsibility until the time it is received by us in our store.
• You cannot change item(s) that were purchased and delivered in terms of a special order.
• Returned items' cost is calculated according to the price printed on the receipt.
• Non-returnable items: Face masks and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Refund is placed at your bank account, upon telephone or e-mail contact at info@decibelfashion.gr, within 5 working days by the time the item(s) are received at our store, provided that the original purchase receipt is included. Bank account beneficiary's name must be the same with the name of the customer who conducted the online purchase.

2. For abroad

In case that the shipping of your purchase has been to a foreign country (except Greece), you are charged with all return and new items' shipping costs.
